IDEAZz has developed its methodology in a way which
enables it to provide very cost effective and efficient business solutions to
its clients. In fact the approach is standardized yet very simple and straight
forward and includes following phases as a whole:

PHASE 1-
REQUIREMENTS GATHERING and ANALYSIS
The purpose is to establish the organizational responsibility
for software process activities to improve the organization's overall software
process capability. Our Business Consultants will conduct Joint Application
Development (JAD) sessions with the client. These are brainstorming sessions
that help determine the business objectives and marketing goals. Prototype
story boards or screen layouts are used for role-playing.

PHASE 2
-TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
The purpose of this phase is to develop and maintain a useable
set of software process assets that improve process performance across the
projects and provide the basis for cumulative, long-term benefits to the
organization. Our Technical Architects advise the client on options available
to him with respect to architectural approaches and technology solutions for
project implementation.

PHASE 3 –
DRAFTING
Based on the architecture and technology Chosen , the
development team of Programmers, graphic designers and project managers will
draft a development plan for the project with cost and time estimates. A
Training Program is also conducted to develop the skills and knowledge of
individuals so they can perform their roles effectively and efficiently .
Training is an organizational responsibility, and the software project team
should be provided with the necessary training when the project's needs are
unique.

PHASE 4 –DEVELOPMENT
This is the stage where the project is actually off the ground.
IDEAZz will build the application in progressive phases or increments.
Incremental delivery permits experimentation of complex solutions during the
course of development. This approach facilitates modifications through hands-on
exposure to the delivered increment.
The software engineering and management activities are
integrated into a coherent, defined software process that is tailored from the
organization's standard software process, which are described earlier. This
tailoring is based on the business environment and technical needs of the
project.

PHASE 5 -INSTALLATION and
TRAINING
Once the system is installed/uploaded on the production servers,
training is imparted to the clients
At various Administrator and user levels to understand the
underlying technology and development tools. The end-users are trained to use
the application effectively. Follow-up action in terms of close monitoring of
the system and applications ensures immediate response to issues. Here the
software engineering group is made to participate actively with other
engineering groups so the project is better able to satisfy the customer's
needs efficiently and effectively. Intergroup Coordination is the
interdisciplinary aspect of Integrated Software Management that extends beyond
software engineering; not only should the software process be integrated, but
the software engineering groups' interactions with other groups must be
coordinated and controlled.

PHASE 6 -Peer Reviews
The purpose of Peer Reviews is to remove defects from the
software work products early and efficiently. What is important is that to
develop a better understanding of the software work products and the defects
that can be prevented. The peer review is an important and effective
engineering method that is called out in Software Product Engineering.
